As a detective in Crystal City, having a drinking problem, a gambling problem, and a huge problem with authority doesn’t mean he can’t still play the hero. Hoping to clean up his life as well as his beloved city, all while chasing the ghost of Ortiz Ramirez and other felonious powers, Stormy might just have stumbled upon the case of the century.
